Services for Persons With Disabilities

The Civic Center Music Hall is committed to providing state-of-the-art services for persons with disabilities. All Civic Center facilities are accessible to persons with disabilities, assuring a pleasurable performance experience.

Accessible Seating

Accessible seating for persons with disabilities is available for all shows on a first-come-first-served basis. Be sure to mention your interest in wheelchair-accessible seating when placing your ticket order.

Parking Spaces

Parking spaces for people with disabilities provided on north and south sides of the facility for easy access to ramps.

Elevators

Two large elevators located on the south end of the atrium provide easy access to all levels of the Center. Controls on all elevators are designated in Braille in addition to the standard visual markings.

Restrooms

All restrooms at the Civic Center contain facilities for people with disabilities. Signage on all restrooms is designated in Braille in addition to standard visual markings.

Audio Aids

A state-of-the-art infrared audio enhancement system is available to the hearing impaired. Receivers and earphones are available free of charge and may be picked up at the event office located at the south end of the lobby beginning one hour before curtain.

Electronic Door Access

An electronic door is conveniently located on the east side of the building (north set of doors). Ramps lead from the parking areas to the door.
