Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and two hours before every show time.
For security purposes, only the front doors (doors facing the east, towards Walker Avenue) are open during weekdays. Please use the front doors for access to T.H.E. Box Office.
FREE short-term parking is available on Couch and Colcord Drives (north and south side of the building) for ticket purchases.

Children
All patrons, regardless of age, are required to have a ticket. Ticketing requirements for infants may vary for specific children and family performances.
Parents/Guardians are advised to select age appropriate performances for thier children. Please check with T.H.E. Box Office prior to purchasing any ticket to verity the suitable age range as refunds cannot be issued for any reason.
Pricing
Pricing for all shows is determined by the resident artist company or production group. The Civic Center Music Hall is not responsible for any pricing schedules, and cannot offer any discounts.
Refunds / Exchanges
Please check the date and time of your tickets at time of purchase.
T.H.E. Box Office is not able to offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances with the exception of a show cancellation. In such situations, refunds are offered the discretion of the promotion and promoter group. Civic Center Music Hall and T.H.E. Box Office are not liable for show cancellations.
